The Pendry

Square Feet: 1,830–1,873
Views: Northwest (6-1) and Southeast (6-3 & 6-4A)
Located on Levels: 2–12, 14–16
The Pendry is the larger of the two 6-bedroom floorplans at Rambler Ann Arbor, and it’s the most widely available, showing up across both the lower and upper floors of the building in multiple orientations.
The layout positions all six bedrooms alongside the living area, with extra shelving in the hallway and additional shelving in Bedroom F, giving the apartment more organized storage than most six-person layouts can offer. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the extra minifridge in the living area is a practical touch that makes shared common space feel more functional day to day.
All three Pendry variants share the same core amenities and square footage range. The primary differences come down to orientation and a few layout details. The 6-1 faces northwest and comes in at 1,830 square feet, while 6-3 faces southeast at 1,873 square feet and has pillars in Bedroom B, Bedroom F, the hallway and the living room. The 6-4A is a one-of-a-kind unit facing southeast at 1,873 square feet with a side-by-side washer/dryer, pillars in the entry and a unique layout that sets it apart from every other Pendry in the building.
An accessible version of The Pendry is available, offering a more open feel with additional space to move comfortably throughout the apartment. If accessibility is a priority for your group, reach out to the leasing team directly to ask about availability and which unit fits your needs best.
The Pendry works best for groups who want flexible floor placement across the building and a choice of views depending on which variant you choose.

Views: Northeast
Located on Levels: 2–12, 14–16
The Zaza is the second 6-bedroom floorplan at Rambler Ann Arbor, and while it comes in just slightly smaller than The Pendry at 1,825 square feet.
The layout keeps the living area central to the apartment with Bedroom A positioned alongside it and Bedrooms B through F running through the rest of the space. Northeast-facing views give the apartment strong natural light throughout the day, and the extra shelving in the hallway keeps shared storage organized for a group of six without things feeling cluttered.
Like The Pendry, The Zaza includes an extra minifridge in the living area, a feature that makes the shared common space more functional for a larger group, especially during busy stretches of the semester.
The Zaza is a great fit for groups who want northeast-facing views and a layout that’s purpose-built for six.
